Hey John,
It's a shame you're no longer in my neck of the woods because I'd love someone to build me a custom computer. I could really use one now. What's the best cheap desktop around in your opinion. Sadly, I'm still on a budget.

I can say that John's service to computers is excellent. I had a nasty virus and thought my system was trashed,till he got a hold of it and wa la it's better then before. Thanks John you have a life long customer, and friend. I would recommend John to all my friends

Just wanted to say hi and congratulations on your computer business. The reason I stumbled upon this blog is, I too am starting my own in-home computer repair business. More coincidentally I started a blog to chronicle the starting of the business and the title of my blog is "Your Friendly Neighborhood Computer Guy". Luckily, that isn't the title of my business, so we don't have to worry about any copy-write infringement! =-) So how has the business been going so far?

I have a friend that paid $300 to start a coupon rebate center from her home--guess what its three months later and she has made no money and the company won't return her $300 although all the propaganda that they sent out assured her that she could easily get her money refunded at any time. Yeah you bet--no free lunch.

Your points are well-taken - it's always "let the buyer beware", isn't it - even if what these guys are selling is information! But all this talk of poppycock and magic beans - now I want CANDY! At least you've made me wary of taking it from a stranger ; )
